This is a short work that was written for a student of mine that was having trouble composing a piece. The intent was to create something for her to work and possibly develope her own idea.
While composing this piece I was on tour with Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps. I was up late on night in Cedarburg, WI and the reflections of the security lights were interesting enough for me to try and capture their essence. Think of Reflections and the shadows that cast on the ground and on the walls.
