This arrangement has his own little story. In 2008 we’ve founded our string quartet and the next year we were asked to participate on a 3 days long wedding expo.
One of our violonists had a concert is Paris, so we played just as a string trio. We had great success, all the people were coming asking us to play their favourite pieces, one of them was Por una cabeza by Carlos Gardel.
At that moment we haven’t got any score of it so I went home and began to search on the net. I’ve found some but there wasn’t really good for us, so I’ve made my own version for string trio based on the original soundtrack (youtube).
It was a success. Next day we played it every fifteen minutes at the expo and they were just saying again, again! :)
