I found this song among the music of Joseph Jordania, who was in the UK leading workshops in the late summer of 2007. He is an ethnomusicologist who lives, sings and teaches the wonders of Georgian song in Australia. In the early 1990s it was he, together with Edisher Garakanidze, who started to teach the British about the wonders of Georgian song.
Personally I prefer the other Guruli Perkhuli, because I learnt it first, but both have their merits! 'Perkhuli' is simply the name of a round dance and 'Guruli' means that it comes from the Western Georgian region of Guria, on the shores of the Black Sea.
