I wrote this for Pamela Poulin, originally from Timmins, ON. She now lives in Montreal and is a dancer of both traditioinal Qu�b�cois gigue, and contemporary dance. We were dating when I composed this tune. I called her excitedly to tell her about it, saying, "It has cool rhythmic stuff like modern bagpipe music!" She didn't seem thrilled. She said, "So you're saying I remind you of a bagpipe?" I immediately backpedalled, but it was too late.
