This arrangement was first performed by Tavistock Chamber Orchestra in June 1994 at Kelly College Summer Festival in Devon.UK, conducted by the arranger. It should be well within the competence of good amateurs, the woodwind parts needing at least grade 7 skills and the string parts relatively moderate in difficulty. Baroque phrasing of eighth note passages is important and a legato should be preserved as much as possible.
