My arrangement for organ of the famous 'Toccata' from Widor’s 5th Organ Symphony. I was asked to play this for a bride as she came down the aisle but as the piece in its entirety was far too long I put together an abridged and somewhat 'simplified' version for the occasion. The tricky middle section and hand-crossing have been omitted without sacrificing the spirit of the piece, and the pedal part has also been reduced. The included registration is only a suggestion and is left entirely to the organist’s discretion depending on the specification of the instrument.
