The selection was "You Don’t Know This Man." I was inspired by this piece, and the narrative of the musical itself is soberingly appropriate for the subject and tone of the hymn "Old Rugged Cross." This poignant arrangement is the result.
It uses a great deal of chimes in the middle of the staffs and does require some tricky chime/bell negotiations. I recommend having ringers work out neighbor rings to help some of the back-and-forth switching.
