Composed in 1910 by Ernesto Nazareth (1863-1934) for the piano, it had its title after the Odeon Theatre in Rio de Janeiro, and was dedicated to the company owner of Odeon (Zambelli & Cia). In this guitar transcription, I've maintained the original key of C#m, and tried to keep the original swing character in the bass line, often nonexistent in other transcriptions, mostly in the third part. The arrangement is thoroughly and carefully fingered.
