Rimsky Korskov's famous realisation of Mussorgsky's work. This is the score I produced to get a decent midi perfomance from the work. It isn't designed to be played from, however I guess it could if you don't mind some of the untidier aspects and work arounds.
All the trills are written out in full becuase at the time I wanted exact control over how thy should sound. It was created in Sib 2.
The Bass Drum part uses very low octave "C"s, becuase this gives a much better orchestral "Grand Cassa" sound than the usual Drum sound.
This score represents how I would try to make it go, if I had access to a real orchestra and could conduct. Dark, firey and impish!!!
