I have taken the unusual step of retaining the original key of the piece (F major) (C major for basset horns). rather than transposing the clarinet parts to their C major (which is Bb concert pitch) In my arrangement, the clarinets are playing lower down in their register which gives us more of a mellow sound to the trio. Their are playing in G major (concert pitch F) I would appreciate any feedback.
