The solo melody is played on the Great with the accompaniment played on the Swell and pedals. I have endeavoured to retain the flavour of the original arpeggio style accompaniment as far as it is practically possible. It is set out on four staves to avoid numerous clef changes and to actually make the score easier to read. This arrangement only requires two manuals.
