Little D was composed as a 'little diversion' for the Uraidla Concert Band. It is an easy playful piece with a light and carefree feeling, a bouncy tempo, and a tune that is easy to remember and evokes positive emotions.
If your band hasn't played something like this, they should! Also, there is a Big Band arrangement available.
The concert band version can be played with the big band! Simply add 32 bars rest at Bar 33 in the concert band arrangement to accommodate the solos section in the Big Band arrangement. Enjoy
