Letare Hierusalem (more conventionally, Laetare Jerusalem) is the Introit for the fourth Sunday in Lent - Laetare Sunday - where it has the verse Laetatus sum (Psalm 121). The Antiphon, i.e. the part set by Gabrieli, is derived from Isaiah 66, 10-11. albeit rather altered.

Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her: that ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations.
