An arrangement of a classic Sousa march. It's quite faithful to the original, with some instrumentation changes and a few tweaks here and there. It should be well within the capability of a school or college concert band. The dynamic markings are fairly unsubtle, but are crucial to making the piece work. Watch out for the sudden drops to 'p'!
A note about the parts: trumpets 2-4 are combined on the score for ease of reference, but are separated on the parts. The other combined (doubled) instruments are NOT separated on the parts, but I will be happy to provide separated parts if desired - please get in touch at michael.roberts@ucl.ac.uk
