The first movement of the Holberg Suite, written for piano and later arranged for strings by Greig.
The string version is the better known,
I have reduced the tempo to make it more playable for wind players, and also reduced the quaver/2 semiquaver repetitive figure.
This still retains the excitement of the piece, which still sounds fast moving.
Having tried this with my wind quintet,it was found to be exhausting to play at a fast tempo!
I have left the piece online, rather than removing it.
