A song that spells out God's plan for the salvation of people based on Paul's letters to the Ephesians (1:3-14) and the Romans (Chapter 6) and a comment I read by the German Theologian, Rudolf Bultmann, that Christ was a sacrifice and ransom for sin from the very heart of God himself.
The melody is a haunting one to reflect both grief for sin and a yearning to be a holy child of God. Particularly suitable for Easter or a baptism.
There is also a guitar/band score and a choral score available for this song.
