There are three melody-like motifs throughout this piece that begin quietly but transition into a light Latin piece where they come together like a dance… Most of the brass enters on the 2nd repeat - Mainly Trombones and Trumpets.
There is an optional part for the Piano (Not on the score), with percussion parts for Glockenspiel, Xylophone, Claves, Bongos, Timpani, and Drum Kit. The horn line takes a lot of one melody prominently throughout the piece - Even though there are four Horn parts in the arrangement, the composition would work well with Horns 1 and 2 only. There is also an arrangement for Concert Band.
