This classic tune offers just enough variety to make it enjoyable for both cellists. The high "A" can be played as a harmonic. Add more space between the notes from Measures 1 through 9, and then play the remaining measures more legato. If you prefer not to play "and many more" at the end, finish on the first note of Measure 24. The double stop in the last measure is optional: you can simply play an A.
