This is my four hands piano version of The Peanut Vendor- El Manisero
The middle section uses a famous lullaby sang by another Cuban singer Bola de Nieve and it is followed by a Guajira rhythm as a transitional part.
In the third part of the music we can hear the main melody again and I have added an improvisatorial section for both pianists.
I performed this piece myself in 2014 in a church in the UK. just 6 months after my son was born. For this performance I invited some percussionists.
