A simple work for small brass ensemble. I havn't had time to add phrasing, but intend to do so in the near future. Please feel free to print the score and add your own phrasing if necessary. Enjoy.

By the way, this piece is vaguely in a 17th century Venitian style, and therefore one may ask why is it named "Amsterdam"? Well the simlple answer is the I had just finished writing a large, serious piece and i felt literally bereft of any musical ideas! As a result, I was practising my composing skills while looking at a Praetorius motet. The result was this work. It needed a name, and so I looked around on my desk. There was my bottle of beer on the desk, the brand name being "Amsterdam". (A nice 'affordable' drop). So thus, my "Venetian" sounding work acquired the name - Amsterdam! Please enjoy responsibly!
