Fiesta Cubana was written for a Latin-themed show, "Fiesta", in November 2017 in London.
It's written to be fairly easy to play, and should be well within the reach of a good High School or College level big band. It is, as the name suggests, based on the Cuban style of Latin and features a (more or less) constant montuno in the piano part and a bass tumbao.
All parts are contained in the PDF file download following the score. There is also an auxiliary percussion 'guide', to help percussionists who are newer to Latin music (experienced percussionists are free to do what they want!).
