I've just very recently begun work on this piece for my High School Band. I'm quite satisfied with it until "C", but then the transition to the next part needs work yet. I'm not looking for it to be a very long, or difficult, piece; Just a short piece beginning with a fanfare, wind chorale section, the band entering on a repeat of the chorale, and then a version of the fanfare again. So, I just wanted to share this version of the piece, but in the end I believe the transition to "C" will be different. (Or does it not need to be changed perhaps?). An important part of reading this score is that the cymbals line contains, crash, suspended, wind chimes, and gong markings, so you must read along that line an imagine the different sounds in your head. I have to thank Ms. Ljungdahl for her help on this piece. When it was still a work in progress, I had questions that I couldn't answer for myself, and she was a fountain of knowledge for me.
