The work was first performed January 25, 2008 at the 6th Annual Winter Recital in San Antonio by McKinley Glasser, cello, accompanied by the composer. In Texas, the Oak Trees shed their leaves in early Spring. Thus falling leaves is the simple of a new beginning. The work is of moderate difficulty. If those musicians choosing to perform the work would e-mail a copy of their program, I would be extremely appreciative: composer@rpftx.org
