With the darkening twilight, streets and homes turn on their lights, sparkling in the deepening gloom. The piece ends with the arrival of night and the silence of a world moved once more to slumber.
In 2022, I arranged 'Evening Light' for violin and piano and, in the process, added fresh material for the violin part to further expand the piece. The arrangement is also available on Score Exchange.
