This piece was premiered in the Palais Des Arts in Lille (France)by the Kingston Chamber Orchestra in October 2006. The title refers to the frequent returns of the main theme. Written as an amusing encore - Latin style, would suit many Amateur/Youth Orchestras. The inhabitants of Lille cheered wildly and stamped their feet on the floor after the first performance!
If anyone wanted trombone/tuba parts I could easily add some.
