This is an Open Harmonic Arpeggio in Compound Duple Meter. There are 3 Common Tones/Notes (B,E,D). The Common Fingers are Index Finger, Middle Finger, Ring Finger. The G chord is related to the Em chord so make sure your index finger stays held down for bars 1 and 2. Here, your middle finger should cross over from string 6 to 4. Finally, make sure your middle finger stays held down when switching from the Em Chord to the C Chord in bars 2 and 3.
