You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices.This piece started out as a challenge to write a piece for choir and orchestra based on my thoughts and feelings on my first year in Qatar. The gestation period for the piece was fairly protracted and while writing it I completed another three pieces which are related to this one to varying degrees. Structurally the piece is divided into three parts - fast first section in which the choir and orchestra work as one, a slow mediative middle section which gives the choir the main melodic material and a final dance like section which has interplay between the two.
