Dreamscape is a suite in 3 movements, written for a small orchestra, which depicts different stages of sleep. The 1st movement "Restlessness" suggests an uneasy and troubled state of mind. The mood changes in the 2nd movement "Serenity" where a much calmer and gentle feel takes over. The final movement "Awakening" heralds the start of a new day as it rouses us out of a dream.
