You can discover all diatonic chords in other keys by simply building chords in stacked 3rds of a major scale.[ there are 12 key centres ] The right hand scale patterns provided are an introduction in various timing styles that later can be developed into more complete improvised Diatonic based melodies.
If the various chords are played as actual progressions like /Cmaj7/Am7/Fmaj7/G79/ soon you will realise a lot of popular music is based on very simple ideas. the complexity comes from the timing and accents used as well as chord voice leading . Please note no voice leading was used in this exercise to aid clarity in learning just the diatonic chords of C major scale.
