Everyone wants to hear "Danny Boy" on the harp! Long a St. Patrick's Day favorite, you'll enjoy having this piece in your harp repertoire. Also known as "Londonderry Air," the tune is likely from Northern Ireland, and predates the popular lyrics by many years. As an arranger, I was not partial to this song, and challenged myself to write anarrangement I could tolerate: here it is. Contains interesting accompanying patterns, with rolled chords, suspensions, and plenty of movement. Requires full range lever or pedal harp. Key of G, no accidentals. Guaranteed to bring a tear to your audience. Published by Lyrica Press.
