The 1st oboe concerto is modern-classical (not really modern, rather neo-classical) and consists of three movements. The 1st movement is fast and gracious, and is in sonata form. The 2nd movement is slow and "Mozartian", and is in ABA form. The 3rd movement is a rhapsody-like rondo and combines a recurring fast main theme with slower air-like sections; after the cadenza comes a lively finish. The performance is a digital performance using Sibelius 4 and Kontakt Gold. A score moving video with this performance is on my YouTube-channel.
