The information from the hymnal I have is 187 Chirst is Arisen (Irregular) 1 Cor.15:20, Chirst ist erstanden, Author unknown, c.1100, Tr., W. Gustave Polack, 1939. This is a phenomenal setting of this hymn with invaluable input from my editor and guru Stewart Schuele. It was arranged and played in a church in New York City, on the East Side, near 86th street, for services in the early part of this century. Very effective.
