Now is your chance to practise that glissando. This is a brief distillation of George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue and includes the famous opening and excerpts of those sections that tolerate being condensed for this combination. Apart from the glissando there is nothing technically difficult to play but understanding the time changes and co-ordinating with you partner is the real challenge. There are a few key changes too! Although the score is long and will require two stands, I suggest using it until you are completely aware of what your partner is doing.
