Joshua is my son and this piece was composed and performed for Josh's christening in February 2010. Originally composed for soprano voice and piano, it was reworked as a solo piano work for the album. 'The Musician' (the quarterly magazine from the Musicians' Union) kindly described this composition as "outstanding" and "a stunning piece, which boasts a charming melody and gratifying flourishes".
