Best of Friends takes a catchy little tune and weaves 6 variations around it. As each variation is added the music becomes more and more complex, ending finally with all 6 tunes being played at once. The piece also serves as a 'Young Persons' guide to the Brassband because each tune features a different section of the band. A very entertaining novelty piece. Great for concerts and for practise.
