Autumn's coming close,
Our memory away flies;
Like multi shaded rose,
That to earth falls and dies.
We had many love songs,
In this sweet garden;
But now this all belongs,
What's left or abandon.
Autumn's coming close,
I see it out my window;
Summer dreams arpeggios,
Are in shades afterglow.
Fragrance breezy blows,
And dreams in blue skies;
To next year now goes,
Away away it all dies.
Autumn's coming close,
To keep my heart still;
With tinctured concertos,
That my longings will fill.
In the book 'The Beatles Complete Scores' which is fast becoming the de facto
standard,
especially in popular writing, the leading voice line is always
at the top staff and the drum
part always at the bottom, everything else is in between. For
example the song 'Yesterday'
goes like this, from top to bottom: Vocal/Guitar/Others/Bass/Drums,
in most recent scores
I try to follow these standard procedures.
I try to have the instrument names 'General MIDI sound set' and drums follow the 'General MIDI percussion map'
