The Imperial Valley String Quartet was asked to play for the U.S. Navy’s annual "Navy Birthday Ball" at the Naval Air Facility, El Centro, CA, this year. (The U.S. Navy was founded by Act of Congress on October 13, 1775.) This original string quartet arrangement was made for use at the ball. This saxophone quartet arrangement as made at the request of a customer. The top line may be played by other soprano sax or Alto 1. The bass line may be played by either baritone sax or bass sax. It may be played as S,A2,T,Bari; A1,A2,T,Bari; S,A2,T,B; or A1,A2,T,B.
