This was a kind of joke arrangement of a well-known tune, which innocent drinks brought out as a Christmas single in 2009 to raise money for their "Big Knit" charity campaign.
Perhaps I saw this as a kind of sountrack to an unmade advert, or just a bit of fun. It was never intended to be performed by a real orchestra, so forgive the notational impossibilities that are in the writing.
