This suite features three well-known Welsh hymn tunes: Hyfrydol, Cwm Rhondda, and Ebenezer. The fourth tune is well-known and loved in Wales: Here is Love Vast as the Ocean. This arrangement focuses on the richness of the middle sounds of the brass band–-tenor and baritone horns along with flugel are featured. On September 2, 2008 I added xylophone, orchestra bellas and tympani parts, as well as revising the drum kit part. Changes were made between mea. 210 and 218 in bass and middle parts.
Thanks to all who have written about this piece and about performing it.
