This is a good old-fashioned waltz based on memories of many years spent in the orchestra-pit performing for the
traditional British pantomimes. This is in the same style as the waltz I played many times in Cindarella - the bass tune in the middle section is supposed to represent the two ugly sisters’ entrance. This piece is very popular with pupils. Parts for orchestral brass have now been added to this site.
