This Romance is in 3 sections. The first is lyrical with sweeping melodic lines for violin and cello. The middle section comes as a complete contrast using irregular note patterns. The final section brings us back to the Romance of the opening, this time in g minor. The piece was written especially for Sasha and friends and will be performed later this year.
