Nelson Javier Delgado

Nelson Javier Delgado (or just Javier Delgado) is a composer, arranger, vocalist and music librarian currently with the world-reknown Albert McNeil Jubilee Singers and the Founder's Center for Positive Spirituality in Los Angeles. Javier holds a B.A. in Music degree from Florida State University and attended the Film Scoring Program at UCLA Extension. He is also second cousin to the perennial ASCAP Plus Award winner, Aldo Raphael Forte. All reviews are welcome!
