Hello,

I'm an amateur Musician. My Musical training began in Brass Bands on Euphonium. Music back then was about Contests as in the film "Brassed off" I loved it. For all the hard working peripatetics who taught me, I thank you for cultivating my love for Music and hours of input given selflessly. At 18 I developed an interest in other styles of music - Jazz - Pop - classical, I bought a beat up Alto Saxophone when I was 22 and devoted my self to that with a passion. Initially always interested in composition, technical ability held me back - when I was introduced to Sibelius some of those barriers were removed. Whilst Sibelius enables me to give some reality to my musical ideas, I can't say or even claim they would translate to the real acoustic world of orchestral sound. I write what pleases my ear, or what I view as a challenge. Generally it is romantic and melodic in style, I strive to maintain musical interest for the listener. Your thoughts on these compositions would be greatly appreciated. If you purchase anything to play, it would be great to hear your thoughts about these. Thanks for visiting.
