’Lascia ch’io pianga’ is a very famous, beautiful, and emotional aria in Act II / Scene IV of Opera ’Rinaldo’ HWV.7 composed by George Frideric Handel (1685-1759). ’Lascia ch’io pianga’ means ’Let me weep’. This aria is song by Almirena when she is in bondage by a conjuring. The lyrics is as follows. "Lascia ch’io pianga mia cruda sorte, e che sospiri la liberta. Il duolo infranga queste ritorte de’ mei martiri sol per pieta." The key is in F, same as the original. You can find MMO, Music Minus One, by playing Piano in the following URL.
