You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices."Immer leiser wird mein Schlummer (Ever deeper down)" is the second one in Fünf Lieder, Op.105. The melody is beautiful and melancholic. The original key is E Major, however, B-flat major was selected for Viola performance in this music. In the bars, No. 15, 17, 19, 21, 42, 44, 45, 48, and 49, piano part plays syncopated rhythm. Not so skillful solo players might be difficult to synchronize with piano in this region. For such players, appropriate cue notes, which make clear the relationship between the solo and piano, are added on the solo part note. However as a result, it is not so clear to read the solo part note because of many cue notes. To bypass the problem, we prepare two types of solo part notes, one is full of cue notes, the other is simplified. Please use the former for studying.
