Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) composed the Piano Trio in B-flat major, Op. 11, which has the nickname of "Gassenhauer Trio" in 1797. It is for Clarinet (or Violin), Cello and Piano. The movement II, Adagio, is very beautiful, elegant and enjoyable to play. In the original, the high voice is by Clarinet ( or Violin) and the low is by Cello. In this arrangement, the high/low voice part was transformed for Flute/Clarinet.
