This tune was written by James Scott Skinner at the beginning of the 20th century in memory of his friend General Hector MacDonald, who committed suicide. This arrangement was intended for Flute, Fiddle, Bagpipes, Bhodran, and Accordion. Since Sibelius does not support the Bagpipes, I have used the Accordion right hand for this and emulated with the FR3XV Roland. I have included lyrics but the tune is usually played as an instrumental.
