One of the great names in the French Jazz scene, especially in the Hot Club de France style. Léo Slab, his full name was Léo Slabiak, was born in 1920 in Poland. After the war Léo Slab played for more than 10 years with Django Reinhardt. Although he played most classical music he became enchanted by jazz.
