You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices.Do not be deceived by "voice and keyboard" in the instrumentation section - there is no available option for "solo voice and solo instrument". This piece was originally written for voice (baritone or tenor) and Irish whistle, for Judy Lloyd’s Celebration of English Saints in Hexham Abbey in 2010. The words are Judy’s adaptation of the prayer, and give a sense of the solitary nature of Aidan and the proximity of the sea. The ideal instrument would be a low D whistle, but the standard whistle has been used with effect.
