Carla Louro

Carla Louro is a music teacher, interpreter and composer. She was born in Lisbon and she has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition from ESML (Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa). She also has the diplomas in organ and cello from the School of Music of the National Conservatory in Lisbon. She has studied music with António Duarte (organ), Luís Sá Pessoa (cello), Eurico Carrapatoso, Sérgio Azevedo, Luís Tinoco e Carlos Marecos (Music composition). In 2010, she was a teacher of music analysis and composition in the Conservatory of Coimbra and currently teaches piano and cello in Lisbon. She is one of the founders of the http://www.arts2science.com website, which publishes music content like scores, mp3, apps and other music content and also has free scores and lessons on several instruments and music topics.
